PRE-ORDERS

Please check the description of the product as this will detail how long the order will take to be made before being shipped. Once posted it will take 1-7 business days depending on your location and shipping option.

If ordering both a 'Ready to Ship' item as well as a 'Pre-Order' item your order will be posted in the timeframe given in the description of the 'Pre-Order' item. 

READY TO SHIP

Orders are posted 1-3 business days after ordering. Once posted it will take 1-7 business days depending on your location and shipping option. 

AUSTRALIA

Standard Postage: $10 (takes 3-7 business days) Free on orders over $150.

Express Postage: $14 (takes 1-4 business days)

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Postage: $18 (takes 5-8 business days) 

Express Postage: $25 (takes 3-6 business days)

UNITED STATES

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for orders going to the US. All duties, taxes and import fees are collected and paid at checkout. This is only available for US orders, all other countries outside of Australia may incure custom/import fees. 

Standard Postage: $35 (takes 5-9 business days) 

Express Postage: $45 (takes 3-6 business days)

CANADA

Standard Postage: $30 (takes 5-9 business days)

Express Postage: $40 (takes 3-6 business days)

UNITED KINGDOM 

VAT and other import fees/taxes to the UK is at the customers expense. Maddison Paige is not liable for any of these charges.

Standard Shipping: $40 (Production Time + 6-10 Business Days)

RETURNS

As each item is a handmade limited edition piece I do not accept refunds/exchanges. Change of mind purchases can not be refunded. Please check the sizing chart and the measurements in the description of each item before ordering. If you have any sizing queries please contact me.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to  make sure all address details are correct. Maddison Paige will not accept responsibility for lost parcels. For all orders that require redelivery due to incorrect information a delivery fee will be charged.
