If ordering both a 'Ready to Ship' item as well as a 'Pre-Order' item your order will be posted in the timeframe given in the description of the 'Pre-Order' item.

Express Postage: $14 (takes 1-4 business days)

NEW ZEALAND

UNITED STATES

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for orders going to the US. All duties, taxes and import fees are collected and paid at checkout.
